ABOUT THIS DISH:
The simplicity of ingredients and the ease of execution has always been the essence of a good old Italian dish. Using one of the most renowned red wine in Italy - Chianti to braise this beef stew. Yet adding excessive wine would make the stew taste bitter, hence we boil the wine for half an hour to ensure the alcohol within has evaporated before being poured into the stew. Pairing with a selection of fresh tomatoes, this stew is rich and delicious, highlighting its typical flavour and aroma.
