ABOUT THIS DISH:
This dish is inspired by the tagine, a classic Moroccan stew.
We have taken tender pieces of lamb and similarly to tagine cooking, we have combined contrasting sweet and sour flavors of Granny Smith apple, laced with a touch of cumin. This is a hearty dish perfect for a autumn or winter evening meal.
