Satsivi (Cold stew made of chicken and walnut paste)

鶏肉を水と塩で煮込んだチキンスープにニンニク、玉ねぎ、サフラン、チリパウダーなどのスパイスと、すり潰された胡桃を一緒に煮込んでいます。

After consuming the chicken, it is recommended to eat the sauce with bread or pasta. Stew should be served cold.

Kharcho (Traditional Georgian beef soup)　

Beef, tomatoes, garlic, and onions are stewed with dried fruits, chili powder, fenugreek, etc. The combination of spices will provide a unique sense of spiciness.

Ajapsandari (Georgian-style stewed vegetables)

Tomato stew with assorted vegetables. It is said to be the national dish of Georgia.
